What time is check in/check out
Check-in is available from 3PM. Check-out is by 12PM.
Does the hotel provide early check-in?
Upon request but is subject availability. Please note there may be a charge of your room rate for this facility.
Does the hotel provide late check-out?
Late check-out is available until 2PM, on request but is subject to availability. Please note there may be a charge of your room rate for this facility.
Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
The Guest Relations Team would be more than willing to arrange or offer amenities for your stay. Please notify the hotel in advance of your arrival.
Do you have cribs for children?
Yes, cribs are available on request. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival about the need for a crib, and kindly note that not all rooms are suitable for a crib or extra bed.
What type of room should I book for three adults?
We suggest booking a Deluxe King room category or upwards with a rollaway bed set up. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival about the need for a rollaway bed. Rollaway beds are free of charge for children aged 12 and younger. For guests aged 13 and older, rollaway beds can be provided for additional charge of £70 per night.

Yes, reservations are strongly suggested for dinner but we do welcome walk-ins too.

K Bar operates on first come first serve basis.
Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?
The hotel does not have a car park. Parking is on a meter at the front of the hotel, alternatively we can valet park your car for £70 for overnight parking.

The closest Underground station is South Kensington and Gloucester Road serving the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines.
