London's best brunches
Start your weekend right with a delicious brunch in the capital
Dalloway Terrace
With its blooming backdrop and seasonal retractable roof, Dalloway Terrace offers a seriously stylish space for brunch in the city. The menu includes a variety of dishes to cater to all tastes, ranging from the beautifully presented (and totally Instagrammable) Rainbow Acai Bowl to the hearty Berries Buttermilk Pancakes with lemon curd and sweet-cured bacon – delicious sustenance for a day of exploring all of the nearby London landmarks. To really put a spring in your step, team your meal with a Dalloway Bloody Mary, made from Ketel One vodka, Lustau sherry, spices and fresh tomato juice.
The Coral Room
Acclaimed interior designer Martin Brudnizki has created an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of Central London just a few minutes’ walk from Tottenham Court Road. The perfect spot for a brunch catch up, the bar is a haven of coral delights, with quirky original art pieces from Luke Edward Hall adorning the walls and adding an eclectic edge to the grand room. Brunch is served between 10am and 4.30pm on weekends. The Coral Room offers tasty healthy options such as Green Shakshuka or a Grains Salad, alongside classic options with a special twist like the flavoursome Truffle Croque Madame. With its secluded cigar terrace and daily transformation into a lively cocktail bar come the evening, we predict you’ll be happy to stick around for a cocktail or two once the brunch plates are cleared.
108 Brasserie
Head to The Marylebone’s chic and cheerful 108 Brasserie for excellent service and a brunch menu to match. Served as part of it’s extensive lunch menu, 108 Brasserie offers both savoury and sweet options: choose from waffles served with mixed berries and crème fraiche, scrambled eggs served as you like or nutritious sweetcorn fritters, accompanied by avocado, grilled halloumi, baby spinach and harissa.
Town House
Located in the heart of South Kensington, Town House is a truly special place to enjoy some time with family and friends. A mix of traditional and modern décor designed by Alexander Waterworth Interiors, the restaurant offers the comfort of a charming, luxurious home away from home. Nothing says brunch like a classic cocktail, so start proceedings with a glass of Buck’s Fizz or a Bellini Royal, followed by your choice from the menu created by Executive Chef Adi Mandokhot. Fresh, seasonal produce is at the heart of all of the dishes, so enjoy everything from free-range omelettes with a selection of ingredients or sweet French toast served with fruit, mascarpone and almonds.
