Health & Safety
For your wellbeing, your room or suite has undergone an augmented cleaning and sanitisation process including the targeted sanitisation of all contact points including tables/chairs, telephones, light switches and lamps, AC controls, TV remote controls, Nespresso machine, in-room safe keypads, hairdryers, irons, kettles, etc.
Reading Material
Our collection of leading newspaper and magazine titles may be accessed online via the QR code provided on the ‘Rest Assured’ card in your in-room welcome pack.
Daily Housekeeping Services
Currently due to COVID we offer our guests the option to not have their room serviced during their stay. We currently offer daily housekeeping service of our rooms between the hours of 9am and 5pm, however if you prefer for your room not to be serviced, please let our Front Desk Team know by pressing ‘0’ on your telephone or by placing your Do Not Disturb sign on your door. If you need any additional amenities such as towels or bathroom amenities, please let us know.
Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning
We currently offer this service three times a week with pick up and returns available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If you require something to be prepared more urgently, please contact the Front Desk by pressing ‘0’ on your telephone.
In-Room Dining
From 7:00am – 9:00pm we serve all items from the menu. To order or for further information contact the room service team by dialling “0”. If you would like to order in-room dining :breakfast, please place your order the night prior with our Guest Service Team.
A tray charge of £4 will be applied for orders over £15.

DALLOWAY TERRACE
Named after the eponymous character created by Virginia Woolf, an author whose name will forever be associated with Bloomsbury, Dalloway Terrace is an elegant, poetic and quintessentially English space. With a retractable roof and walls, the terrace is open all year round, and for cooler periods, lined with heaters and woollen blankets. Our afternoon tea menu, a favourite with shoppers at Covent Garden’s stylish boutiques and visitors to the British Museum, is served alongside a fragrant, handpicked tea selection from Rare Tea Company.

THE CORAL ROOM
This vibrant grand salon bar reflects an exquisite country house transported to the city, with a secluded cigar terrace and stylish, inimitable cocktail list. The Coral Room provides the perfect setting during the day for guests wishing to meet for a morning coffee, a light bite or a delectable afternoon tea by the fireplace, transforming itself into a lively cocktail bar with occasional live music sets in the evenings.

THE TRELLIS ROOM
Breakfast is served in our newly-renovated Trellis Room, located on the lower ground floor, which is open every week day between 6:30am and 10:30am and on weekends between 7:00am and 11:00am.
