Sip. Savour. Sustainability.

This summer, we gathered our talented mixologists from across The Bloomsbury, The Marylebone and The Kensington, to go head-to-head for the 2023  Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail Challenge.

The result? A magnificent mixology showdown in The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone, where a committee of Flor de Caña brand ambassadors had the difficult decision of selecting which semi-finalists would be advancing to the next stage…

About The Flor de Caña Cocktail Challenge

Flor de Caña Rum, the world's first Carbon Neutral and Fair Trade certified spirit made using 100% renewable energy, launched the Sustainable Cocktail Challenge in 2020 – a global cocktail competition aiming to inspire bars and bartenders to be more eco-friendly and integrate sustainable practices into their everyday operations. With this annual initiative, Flor de Caña is joining forces with bars across the world to set new standards for sustainability, leading the way to a greener future for the spirits category.
