This summer, both Doyle and The Pembroke have unveiled special seasonal cocktail menus, brimming with vibrant and invigorating flavors. Our expansive outdoor terrace at Doyle has been transformed into a tranquil garden oasis, perfect for enjoying these summer delights. To bring a taste of The Dupont Circle to your home, we're excited to share recipes for two of our standout summer cocktails.

Fuego Verde Cocktail at Doyle

Fuego Verde from Doyle

Doyle's outdoor terrace has bloomed into a haven of lush greenery and stunning floral designs, setting the scene for our exclusive summer cocktail menu which features spritz and punch style libations. Among the new additions, the Fuego Verde stands out as a fiery and refreshing option, ideal for those who enjoy a bit of spice with their sips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Patron Silver
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz habanero agave syrup
  • 3 dashes of Bitterman’s Hellfire
  • Splash of Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and add Patron Silver, lime juice, pineapple juice, and habanero agave syrup.
  2. Shake vigorously to blend the flavors.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and top with Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer.
  4. Add 3 dashes of Bitterman’s Hellfire.
  5. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.

 

 

Hi-Punch Cocktail at Doyle

The Pembroke, our MICHELIN-recommended dining destination, has also updated its cocktail menu for the summer. One of the highlights is the Hi-Punch, a delightful and visually stunning cocktail that perfectly encapsulates the vibrant spirit of the season.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Bacardi
  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake the dry ingredients.
  2. Add crushed ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again to combine.
  3. Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and a hibiscus flower.
