The Doyle Collection’s mean gender pay gap is influenced by a majority female representation in operational roles across the business and by a slight majority in male representation in our senior leadership team.

In line with our equal opportunities’ ethos, male and female applicants are considered for all roles and subject to appropriate applicants we will continue to increase the number of females in senior leadership roles.
