We are committed to reducing and eventually eliminating all single use plastic from our luxury hotels.
Food & Beverage
The Doyle Collection is proud to work with some of the best local farmers, producers, artisans and makers who appear on our regionally sourced menus. We are constantly updating and searching for the best food and drink suppliers, many of which come from a 50 mile radius of each hotel.

We strive to be transparent about our sustainability journey, and have built strong communication channels across our teams, via guest feedback and with our corporate partners so that we can listen, learn and act on sustainable initiatives and best practice.
