The Marylebone
Stolichnaya, Champagne, elderflower, black raspberry liquor
Our signature cocktail is expertly mixed with the highest standard of Russian alcohol, paired with delicate and refreshing elderflower and black raspberry liquor adding depth. Elegantly served in a Champagne flute, topped with raspberry. Perfect before dinner.
Rhubarb Sour
Beefeater, Cointreau, lemon & grapefruit juice, rhubarb bitters
Beefeater Gin is also known as the ‘spirit of London’, a local alcohol using only the finest botanicals. The addition of Cointreau adds the perfect balance to this zesty cocktail. Served in a stylish coupe glass. An unbeatable pick-me up.
Di Vino
Apple brandy, fresh grapes, lime, vanilla
Think sugar and spice and all things nice. The Di Vino is served in a tall, ice-cold glass. Ideal for a summer’s evening, with friends or colleagues. Simple and light.
Plum Jerry
Sailor Jerry, Velvet Falernum, pineapple & lime juice, orange zest, plum bitters
For a bit more of a kick, Sailor Jerry’s spicy rum recipe is based on the tradition of sailors improving the flavour of their on-board rum rations. Meanwhile, Falernum adds a sweet tropical hint. A colourful cocktail with unexpected combinations. The best addition to any lively conversation.
French Martini
Stolichnaya, pineapple juice & black raspberry liquor
A classic party cocktail. Fruity with a hint of vanilla and spice. An elegant and sophisticated cocktail. Perfect for date night.
