Food and wine pairing dinner at Town House

Become a wine expert

Start with a delicious octopus carpaccio

Master of wine Anne McHale has teamed up with Town House’s Executive Chef Steve Gibbs for a fantastic evening of fine wine and gourmet food, paired to expertly complement each other. Steve has created a four-course meal featuring the likes of chargrilled veal and sautéed monkfish cheeks with snails. For each dish, Anne has selected two wines leaving it up to the diners to decided which one goes best with the food.

Anne is an award-winning Master of Wine who has worked with the likes of New Zealand Wines, John Lewis Partnership and most recently spent 10 years working at the prestigious Berry Bros. & Rudd. Now she is responsible for the wine at The Doyle Collection.

Tickets cost £65 per person. Book them here
