Do you consider yourself a foodie? The Bristol Food Connection Festival comes to the city from April 29th – May 7th, 2016. Stay at The Bristol and be part of this world-class 10-day foodie extravaganza.

Celebrate the West Country with us
The festival celebrates the greatness of the local food producers, suppliers and home-grown innovative chefs. The West Country is renowned locally and nationally for its exceptional farm produce including cider, clotted cream, pasties and wine. Cheddar cheese from the West Country is so special it has been awarded the prestigious ‘Protected Designation of Origin’ (PDO) status, just like Parma Ham from Italy and Champagne from France.
