Our Goals
We have set clear goals as a luxury hotel group to become even more sustainable. From moving away from single use plastic in our bedrooms to winning the highest awards achievable for all of properties, with Gold for Green Tourism and Eco Smart Platinum status from Greengage, we have a green roadmap and we’re actively making sustainable changes both front and back of house to achieve it.
Green Initiatives
At the Doyle Collection we don’t just talk about sustainability, behind the scenes we are proud that our teams are constantly striving to make a positive difference to the environment. We have successfully implemented a range of green initiatives over the last few years, from our luxury sustainable hotels being powered by renewable energy to planting trees.
Food & Drink
Each of our luxurious hotels is proud to serve the highest quality local ingredients, working with incredible suppliers to support planet friendly supply chains. Discover artisan produce, memorable wines, ethically made spirits and more across our gorgeous, must-visit bars and elegant restaurants. We are committed to using the best in class food and drink suppliers, no matter your diet or preference.
Eco Friendly Tourism
We are proud The Doyle Collection is certified in the sustainable tourism certification programme by Green Tourism and Greengage. Green Tourism and Greengage rewards hotels which are actively becoming more sustainable and are acknowledged worldwide as an indicator of good environmentally-friendly practice in the tourism industry.
Community
Each of our eight hotels, has its own distinct personality that is rooted in, and authentic to, its neighbourhood. Our luxury hotels support a wide range of community programmes, from partnering with local charities to staff volunteering on sustainable projects that are important to the cities that we call home. We highlight our unique regional suppliers and the fantastic independent makers, stores and artisans via our Slice of the City focus.

We are working on some exciting, bold partnerships across our bars, terraces and restaurants for 2022 and beyond.

We are committed to playing our part in creating a sustainable future, in alignment with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These goals help shape our progress alongside the global hospitality community and fit into our company’s journey to certify all of our properties as gold award winners with Green Tourism.
